Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring the chicken to room temperature for 30 minutes. Pat it completely dry with paper towels and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add avocado oil.
  • Place the chicken in the pan and sear for 5–6 minutes without moving it. Flip once and cook for another 4–5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice it on the bias and serve with roasted vegetables.
