- 4 boneless chicken breasts 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Bring the chicken to room temperature for 30 minutes. Pat it completely dry with paper towels and season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add avocado oil.
Place the chicken in the pan and sear for 5–6 minutes without moving it. Flip once and cook for another 4–5 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
