- 1 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon holy basil dried
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Create the adaptogen base by mixing ashwagandha powder with 2 tablespoons of warm almond milk until smooth.
Add the base to a blender along with the remaining almond milk and blend for 30 seconds.
Add maca powder, banana, frozen berries, and almond butter to the blender.
Blend everything until completely smooth, for about 60–90 seconds.
Pour the smoothie into glasses, garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve immediately.
